Privacy Policy

Truck Pass is run by Wise Guy Games LLC, doing business as Truck Pass ("we", "us"). This policy covers the Truck Pass and Truck Pass Owner apps and this website.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address or phone number, used to send you a sign-in code, and the name you choose to show.
- Orders: what you ordered, from which truck, the amount, tip and tax, and the order's status.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We get a record of the payment from Stripe.
- Location: only when you choose to share it. Customers use it to find nearby trucks and to set saved spots like "Home" or "Work". Trucks share their location when they tap Go live, so customers can find them. We don't track your location in the background.
- Notifications: a device token so we can send order updates and alerts you turn on.
- Trucks and team members: business name, menu, photos, schedule and tax settings, plus the names and emails of staff the owner adds. Stripe collects the identity and bank details it needs to pay trucks.
- Referrers: which trucks you referred and what you've earned. Stripe collects the details it needs to pay you and for tax forms.
- Technical data: basic app logs and crash reports so we can fix problems.
How we use it
- To run the service: sign you in, place and track orders, take payments, pay trucks and referrers, and send notifications.
- To work out and pay sales tax where the law requires us to.
- To help with orders, refunds and questions, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- The truck you order from sees your order, the name you show, and the order's status.
- Service providers who run parts of Truck Pass for us: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and sign-in), Expo, Apple and Google (app delivery and notifications), and our email provider (sign-in codes and receipts).
- Authorities when the law requires it, such as tax agencies.
How long we keep it
We keep your account while it's open. When you delete your account, we delete your personal information within 30 days, except order and payment records we must keep for tax and accounting.
Your choices
- Turn location and notifications on or off in your phone's settings at any time.
- See your orders in the app, and ask us for a copy of your information or to correct it.
- Delete your account in the app or by email. See Delete your account.
Children
Truck Pass isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections and access is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app when the change is important.
