Delete your account

This page is for the Truck Pass and Truck Pass Owner apps, by Wise Guy Games LLC, doing business as Truck Pass.

The apps don't have a delete button yet. To delete your account, email support@truckpassapp.com with the subject "Delete my Truck Pass account". - Send it from the email address on your account, or include the phone number on your account. - Say whether it is a customer account, a truck team account, or both.

You don't need to open or reinstall the app. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We will finish within 30 days and email you when it's done.

When we delete a customer account, we delete your email address, phone number, sign-in, the trucks you follow and your push tokens and phone records, and we remove your name and notes from your past orders. We keep the rest of each order (items, prices, tax, truck and time) for the tax and accounting records described above.

When we delete a truck owner, manager or staff account, we delete your email address, phone number, sign-in, push tokens, phone records and team memberships. For an owner, we also delete your trucks' descriptions, menus, photos (including old ones), go-live history, team invites and missing tax rate reports. We keep records of the orders your truck took, including the truck's name, where it was parked for each order and which team account handled each step, for the tax and accounting records described above. If your truck has open orders, refunds in progress, or money still moving through Stripe, we may need to finish those first. Deleting your Truck Pass account does not close your Stripe account. You close that with Stripe.

Copies already in a truck's or Stripe's own records, such as the payment in the truck's Stripe dashboard, stay with them. We will ask our service providers to delete what they hold for us.

You can also remove some information without deleting your account. You can unfollow trucks in the customer app, or change your truck and menu details in the owner app. Old photos stay in storage until you ask us to remove them. For anything else, email us.
